Mellanox and Voltaire Merger

As you know, Mellanox Technologies has recently completed its acquisition of Voltaire, combining two world-class providers of end-to-end connectivity solutions, and enabling both companies and their customers to benefit from the scale created by this exciting combination.

 

As before, our ultimate goal is to deliver world class customer service and support for all of our customers. Combining our customer support and services operations broadens the reach of both entities and allows us to serve even more customers and partners with unmatched technical skills, innovative technology and support. 

 

We are committed to our customers and partners, and will continue to deliver the outstanding customer service and support that you have come to rely on over the years.

 

Here’s what you can expect from the combined customer support and services organization:

 

-          We will continue to support all of our best-of-breed networking and storage solutions, including the full hardware and software product suites of both companies

-          All existing contracts and business partnerships will be honored

-          All members of the current Voltaire & Mellanox customer support teams will continue to serve you

-          The current geographical footprints of the Technical Assist Centers (TAC) will stay the same, and they will continue operating and serving you just as before

-          You should continue to use the same Web services, service centers and contact information to request service 

 

In summary, it’s business as usual. No action is required from you at this time. You will continue to request assistance and receive service as you have in the past. If changes to your online web accounts or service require your action, you will be notified. In the near future, you may notice changes and upgrades to our online services, including enhanced services not previously available from Voltaire such as a call center, SLA offerings, a self-service portal, and more.
