Assistance Request
This GridControl Plug-In technical assistance request form was developed to offer Grid Control customers a avenue in which to submit requests for assistance to Voltaire. Please fill out the following form as completely as possible.
Your information will be forwarded directly to the Grid Control Technical Assistance resources (GCTA). The Grid Control Assistance Team’s goal is to get back to you within two business days, with either a response or an update on the progress we are making in responding to your request. Depending on the nature of your issue, a response from us may take additional time.
Shortly after you submit the form, you will receive an automatic e-mail that:
• Confirms that you have submitted the form successfully
• Provides a tracking number that has been assigned to your e-mail request
