VOLTAIRE GRIDSTACK™ SOFTWARE: END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT  PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS VOLTAIRE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (THIS “AGREEMENT”) BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT. THE SOFTWARE PACKAGE, WHICH INCLUDES ALL COMPUTER SOFTWARE AND ASSOCIATED MEDIA AND PRINTED MATERIALS, AND ANY “ONLINE” OR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTATION, IS REFERRED TO HEREIN AS THE “SOFTWARE PRODUCT”. INSTALLATION OR USAGE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, AND CREATES A LEGAL AND BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (EITHER AN INDIVIDUAL OR AN ENTITY) AND VOLTAIRE, INC. AND ITS PARENT COMPANY (“VOLTAIRE”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT USE OR COPY THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND YOU MUST PROMPTLY RETURN THIS PACKAGE TO VOLTAIRE.   1.	General Each copy of the Software Product is intended for use only in conjunction with one server node (the “Hardware”). You shall not use or copy the Software Product on or to additional hardware or additional nodes.  2.	Grant of License Subject to payment of all relevant fees, Voltaire grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software Products for your internal business purposes in configuring, operating and managing your InfiniBand networks, and not for further distribution, all in accordance with the following:  2.1	Software. Unless you have otherwise received Voltaire’s prior written consent, you shall install and use one copy of the Software Product only on the Hardware. 2.2	Network Services. If the Software Product includes functionality that enables the Hardware to act as a network server, then, subject to Section 1.1, any number of computers or workstations may access or otherwise utilize the basic network services of that server. The basic network services are more fully described in the printed materials accompanying the Software Product. 2.3	Operating System. The Software Product is designed to function only within the Linux or Windows operating systems. Attempts to use the Software Product on other operating systems are in violation of this Agreement. Please refer to the accompanying documentation for other system requirements and limitations. 2.4	Archive. You may use software back-up utilities to make one back-up copy of the Software Product. You may use the back-up copy solely for archival purposes.  3.	Other Rights and Limitations 3.1	Reverse Engineering.
