Herzliya, Israel and Billerica, Mass. – July 9, 2008 – Voltaire Ltd. (NASDAQ: VOLT), a leading provider of grid backbone solutions for data centers, announced today it will be releasing its second quarter 2008 results on Wednesday, July 30, 2008, before the U.S. markets open.

The Company will also host a conference call on the same day, at 10:00 am ET. On the call, Mr. Ronnie Kenneth, CEO and Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Josh Siegel, CFO, will review and discuss the results and will be available to answer investor questions.
