Voltaire’s Patrick Guay to speak at May 21st MIT SLOAN CIO Symposium on the greening of the data center

WHAT:

Patrick Guay, Executive Vice President Global Sales and General Manager of Voltaire, Inc., the U.S. operations of Voltaire, Ltd. (NASDAQ: VOLT) will share his expertise on a panel discussing “The Greening of the Data Center” at the MIT Sloan CIO Symposium. The CIO Symposium brings together 600 senior-level IT decision makers for a day of networking and informative discourse concerning today's business and technology issues.

Guay will discuss how CIOs can consider more efficient ways to design and operate data centers. He will provide practical insight on how management can translate green initiatives into higher performing IT services, with a focus on enhanced data center design and operations.

Guay brings more than 20 years of industry experience to his role at Voltaire. Prior to Voltaire, he held several key marketing, business development, engineering and product management and positions at 3Com Corporation and Control Data Corporation.
