Voltaire Powers Two of the World’s Top Five Fastest Supercomputers on the New Top500 List

BILLERICA, Mass. and HERZELIYA, Israel – November 19, 2007 – Voltaire Ltd. (NASDAQ: VOLT), a leading provider of grid backbone solutions for the data center, today announced that its InfiniBand-based solutions are used in two of the world’s top five supercomputers according to the 30th edition of the Top500 list of the world’s most powerful computers released last week. 125 supercomputers (25% of the list) are connected with InfiniBand, 52% more than the 82 supercomputers reported on the November 2006 list. Voltaire continues to maintain a leadership position on the list with more deployments than any other InfiniBand systems vendor.

The Top500 list is published two times a year on www.Top500.org and ranks the most powerful supercomputers worldwide according to their performance on the LINPACK benchmark. The highly anticipated report provides a view into computing trends and technology adoption.
