Voltaire Ltd. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering of 5,770,000 Ordinary Shares

Herzeliya, Israel and Billerica, MA – July 25, 2007 – Voltaire Ltd. (Nasdaq: VOLT) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,770,000 ordinary shares at $9.00 per share. Voltaire’s ordinary shares will be listed on The Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “VOLT” and will begin trading on July 26, 2007. The closing of the offering is scheduled to take place on July 31, 2007. Voltaire expects to receive net proceeds from the offering, after deducting the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses, of approximately US$46.0 million.

Voltaire has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 865,462 ordinary shares from Voltaire to cover over-allotments, if any.

J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated are acting as joint book running managers for the offering and Thomas Weisel Partners LLC and RBC Capital Markets are acting as co-managers. The ordinary shares are being offered only by prospectus.
