Ronnie Kenneth is Chairman and CEO of Voltaire, a position he has held since early 2001. Mr. Kenneth is responsible for setting Voltaire's strategic direction and managing its global operations. He has been involved in the management of high growth, high technology companies internationally for more than 15 years. In addition to spearheading the development of Voltaire into the leading provider of InfiniBand solutions for high performance grid computing, Mr. Kenneth has played a major role in the development of venture companies Iamba Technologies and Dynamics Direct. He was the lead force behind raising millions of dollars in funding for these start-ups. He has built strong management teams - past and present - and has also positioned companies for continuous growth.
In 1997 and 1998, Mr. Kenneth was a general partner with Telos Venture Partners, a leading early stage venture capital firm located in the Silicon Valley. There, he was responsible for Telos' Israeli investment portfolio.
Prior to that, Mr. Kenneth was the European Business Unit General Manager at Cadence Design Systems Inc. During his tenure at Cadence, he increased revenue five-fold in two years. He successfully negotiated multi-million dollar contracts with major European technology companies. From 1989 to 1994, Mr. Kenneth founded and managed Cadence's Israeli operation.
Prior to his time at Cadence, Mr. Kenneth worked in sales and marketing positions at Daisy Systems, Inc. Daisy Systems was one of the most successful Silicon Valley companies in the 1980s and a pioneer in the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) industry.
Mr. Kenneth has a Masters of Business Administration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Economics from Bar Ilan University in Israel.
Koby Segal is Chief Operating Officer at Voltaire. With more than twenty years of experience in global computer communications and the networking industry, Mr. Segal is responsible for all activities at Voltaire's Israeli office, including overseeing the company's R&D, operations and administrative issues.
Prior to joining Voltaire, Mr. Segal was vice president of R&D and customer support at Lucent-AVAYA, Israel. At Lucent-AVAYA, he managed hundreds of employees and multi-million dollar budgets and was responsible for four product lines.
Mr. Segal has also served as director of R&D at Madge - Lannet, a global supplier of advanced networking product solutions to large enterprises. Prior to his position as director, he was manager of hardware development and before that, was a LAN switch project manager. In 1995, Mr. Segal led the development of the first Ethernet switch in the world. This success awarded him the "Rothschild Prize" for innovation presented by the President of Israel. Other achievements during his years at Lannet include leading all R&D activity with hardware, embedded software and software applications in the area of LAN products; development of the first real stackable HUB and leading the process of establishing ISO (International Organization of Standardization) 9001 and 9000.3.
Mr. Segal's academic background includes a bachelor of science in electrical engineering and electronics from Tel Aviv University and a master of business administration with distinction from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Patrick Guay brings more than 20 years of industry experience to his role as Executive Vice President Global Sales and General Manager, US Operations at Voltaire. Mr. Guay is responsible for directing the sales and support of Voltaire's solutions worldwide and managing OEM sales and reseller channels.
Previously at Voltaire, Mr. Guay served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and was responsible for developing and successfully executing the company's marketing, product and partnership strategies which are aligned with Voltaire's leadership and growth objectives.
Prior to Voltaire, Mr. Guay was Vice President of Marketing at netForensics, an enterprise security management software start-up company with worldwide operations. Before that, Mr. Guay held several key positions at networking firm 3Com Corporation, including Vice President, Worldwide Marketing and Vice President and General Manager, LAN Infrastructure Division. There, he managed the company's largest business unit, and was responsible for marketing, product management and engineering of data switching, security and wireless solutions. Mr. Guay led the business unit through a strategic turn-around, and successfully broadened the product portfolio to include higher performance gigabit Ethernet switching and routing offerings. Other experience includes successful sales and business development roles at 3Com and Control Data Corporation.
Amir Prescher is Vice President of Business Development and a founder of Voltaire. Mr. Prescher is responsible for defining Voltaire's business development strategy and driving strategic relationships with OEMs and other partners.
Previously at Voltaire, Mr. Prescher served as vice president of marketing. His accomplishments include the development and management of the company's marketing organization, including product management and marketing, marketing communications, and market research. Prior to that, Mr. Prescher held the position of vice president of research & development, in which he oversaw the development of Voltaire's core technologies.
Prior to Voltaire, Mr. Prescher served as an officer in Israel's Defense Forces Technical Intelligence Unit, where he developed invaluable technical knowledge and leadership abilities. Mr. Prescher studied at Tel-Aviv University with a focus in electricity and electronics engineering.
Mr. Yaron Haviv is Chief Technology Officer at Voltaire. Mr. Haviv is responsible for leading all technical initiatives with business and technology partners and is the lead liaison for InfiniBand standards committee discussions. His deep expertise in technology has resulted in two Voltaire patents and high-level chip designs.
Previously at Voltaire, Mr. Haviv served as vice president of research and development. In addition, he was the chief designer responsible for the system architecture of Voltaire's InfiniBand solutions. Prior to joining Voltaire, Mr. Haviv designed and developed hardware products at Scitex. Earlier in his career, Mr. Haviv was a software consultant responsible for analysis, design, implementation and deployment of data management software projects for various organizations, including government institutions.
Mr. Haviv holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Tel-Aviv University in Israel.
Josh Siegel is Chief Financial Officer at Voltaire. Mr. Siegel is responsible for all financial activities at the company including financial forecasting, treasury functions, corporate budget and cash flow, financial reporting, tax planning and legal issues. Mr. Siegel also cultivates and maintains ongoing investor and board member relationships.
Prior to joining Voltaire, Mr. Siegel was vice president of finance at KereniX Networks LTD, a start-up systems company that developed optical networking equipment. Prior to KereniX, Mr. Siegel worked as a controller and treasurer at Lucent Technologies Networks LTD. There, he directed a team to manage the daily financial operations for a $150 million subsidiary.
Prior to Lucent, Mr. Siegel served as a director of corporate finance and director of credit at Student Loan Marketing Association (SLM), a Fortune 500 financial institution, headquartered in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Siegel holds a Master of Business Administration degree in finance and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Orit Goren is Vice President of Human Resources at Voltaire. Ms. Goren is responsible for all human resources initiatives and procedures at the company including personnel recruitment, compensation and benefits, manager and employee development and retention programs, training, and organizational communication.
Prior to Voltaire, Ms. Goren served as HR Business Partner at Intel and W/LE (Work/Life Effectiveness) Site Team Manager, as part of the C&B Department at Intel. Prior to Intel, Orit served as an officer in the Israeli Air Force in a variety of HR roles.
Ms. Goren holds a Masters of Science in professional communication with a concentration in human resource development and training from Clark University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Tel Aviv University.
